Welcome to another roundup of our weekly meal plan! I like to plan only five days because as you know- life gets busy. Some nights its easier to throw a frozen pizza in the oven, in which case we cook that meal on the weekend instead.
The recipes are linked below each photo below. I have added notes under the recipes if you are needing to make them gluten free and/or dairy free. I hope you find a few ideas to add to your menu this week!
This recipe does call for buttermilk. For dairy free I eliminate the buttermilk and soak my shrimp in 1 cup of almond milk and a TBS of lemon juice!
(I substitute the linguine for gluten free spaghetti)
This recipe will take a few adjustments to make gluten free and dairy free.. Make sure to use a gluten free cornbread mix, substitute the milk for coconut milk/almond milk use a gluten free flour or cornstarch as your thickener in the filling!
