Ever since I started planning out our meals for the week I have noticed that we eat so much better! I do not do well buying a bunch of groceries and creating delicious meals with what made its way into our fridge that week.. food get wasted and week after week we eat the same things on repeat. Can you relate?
As many of you know- I follow a strict gluten free and dairy free diet. These are all GF/DF if you eliminate the cheese and substitute bread for your own gluten free bread.
